Our nation is facing a dire situation, grappling with the devastating consequences of this war. In response, Yad Ezra V'Shulamit is actively providing essential food and drinks to those in the line of fire. Our efforts involve sending trucks loaded with food to individuals in bomb shelters and supplying soldiers on the front lines with water and snacks.

We have dispatched trucks filled with provisions to locations like Netivot, Ofakim, and Beer Sheva, alongside delivering thousands of bottles of water and snacks, as requested by the army. The demand for assistance from both families and soldiers has been relentless, and we've responded swiftly. We've mobilized our fleet of trucks, ensuring they are stocked with food, water, and snacks. Time is of the essence, as the courageous men and women serving in the army and Israelis enduring rocket attacks urgently require our support.

Awaiting Permission to Reach More Communities

While many communities in the south closest to Gaza have been evacuated, numerous towns remain within the range of fire and have not yet been evacuated. They are in dire need of food. Despite the logistical challenges posed by the conflict, Yad Ezra V'Shulamit is unwavering in its determination to reach as many people as possible. Our dedicated staff has even braved sirens during distributions in the south, underscoring our commitment to helping those in need.

Yad Ezra V'Shulamit's food relief efforts involve dispatching 80 trucks laden with food to cities under fire and soldiers on the front lines. These trucks are loaded with essential supplies, including canned goods, instant noodle cups, cookies, crackers, fresh fruits, vegetables, and sweets. Each truck can sustain 200 people for a week at a cost of $26,000 per truck.

Aryeh Lurie, the founder of Yad Ezra V'Shulamit, passionately appeals, "I call on every friend of Israel, both Jewish and non-Jewish, to stand with us in this crisis.
